Establish the establishment’s hours of operation:

For example:
An establishment that opens at 10:00 a.m. and stops at 1:30 p.m. and opens in the afternoon from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. would be as follows: 10:00-13:30,17:00-20:00
Establish the opening days of the establishment
Simply separate by commas the days of the week when the establishment will be open.
For example:
An establishment open all days of the week, except Sunday and Monday would be: M,T,Th,Th,F,S
